47% of home buyers were first time home buyers
20% of recent home buyers were single females (compared to 10% single males)
76% of home buyers considered commuting costs very or somewhat [...]

December home sales RISE in Cincinnati

December sales rose again over the previous year making the seventh straight month of increased home sales in Cincinnati.
