1,350 Homes Sold in December;
More than 22,000 Sales in 2007

This makes for the fifth STRONGEST YEAR for real estate sales in Greater Cincinnati. Although the average sales price did decline 2.5% over the year, this still leaves Cincinnati real estate much better than the national average.

Interest rates this week are currently even under 6% for a 30 year fixed!
